Type: A still red wine of the DO Penedès.

VARIETIES
Xarel·lo and Chardonnay.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clean and brilliant, yellow with hints of gold.
Nose: Fresh with good intensity, sensation of fruits and white pulp (pear and apple), floral hints and a touch of citric.
Palate: Good balance of creaminess and acidity. Rounded ad fresh, with a tasty middle and good fruits with hints of citric. Harmonious finish which a hint of grasses.
ELABORATION
The must undergoes a pre-fermentation maceration at 4º C bringing new shades to the wine. Around 80% of the two varieties which make up the blending of this wine have been fermented in French oak barrels in the first year, giving a rounded, elegant and distinctive taste.
CONSERVATION
Bottle stored in vertical position protected from light and draughts and temperatures not higher than 20 ºC.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve cold between 8º-10º C., cool slowly in an ice bucket or the lower part of the fridge. Serve in tall tulip glasses with a wide mouth.
