Muscatel 50% and Xarel·lo 50%
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Pale yellow with green tones.
Nose: Very expressive with floral notes and tropical fruits.
Palate: Silky, rounded, very fruity with a slight touch of citrics.
ELABORATION
Each variety of the blending (Xarel·lo and Muscat) are fermented separately. The fermentation is stopped at a low temperature to preserve a little of the residual sugar to round off the blending.
CONSERVATION
Bottle stored in vertical position protected from light and draughts and temperatures not higher than 20 ºC.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve in tall tulip glasses with a wide mouth between 14º C and 16º C.
