The event, which has demonstrated the transformative power of the kitchen and its more social and integrative outlook, has achieved a large attendance of professionals, who have discovered the innovations presented by more than 300 exhibiting companies and have learned about the latest gastronomic and hand management of more than 140 speakers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Cavas Hill participated in the Forum in the Catalan Wine Show Room, where we presented our wines and cavas: the Panot Gaud\u00ed cava and the K\u00fdma and Naiada wines. The Catalan Wine Show Room is part of the Catalan Wine Week, which is celebrated from November 4 to 13 with the aim of making known and promoting Catalan wines throughout the territory.
