K\u00fdma Syrah 2018 has been recognized with the Gold medal for Best Crianza Red Wine; while the K\u00fdma Macabeo 2019 has obtained the Silver Medal in the category of the best aged white wines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">The Tastavins DO Pened\u00e8s is organized by the Tastavins Pened\u00e8s Academy with the technical support of the DO Pened\u00e8s and the collaboration of the Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s City Council. The Contest is divided into 7 categories -Whites, Crianza Whites, Ros\u00e9s, Reds, Crianza Reds, Classic Pened\u00e8s Sparkling Wines and Xarel lo wines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">After two years in which the health situation has marked the format of the event, this year it has been possible to celebrate with total normality. This year, 24 DO Pened\u00e8s wineries have been recognized with one or more awards at an awards ceremony held at the Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s Auditorium and led by the communicator and sommelier, Meritxell Falgueras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ferrerwines.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/22-05-13-TASTAVINS-roserblanch-001-3-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-368581\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ferrerwines.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/premis3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-368558\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The K\u00fdma wines from our Cavas Hill winery have achieved a magnificent result in the 56 Tastavins Contest that rewards the best DO Pened\u00e8s wines.
