Nature is the most classic and the most contemporaneous expression that exists. Nature contains our heritage, our present and our future. Curves. Textures. Colours. This is why at Cavas Hill we use nature to explain all about who we are and what is to come.

We make high quality wines and cavas which express the unique characteristics of our land. We are driven by quality not quantity. For this reason we work with limited production to guarantee a consistent excellence of grape; we comply with the maximum standards of quality during the whole production process; we work with limited productions and have a great respect for tradition and for honouring our century of history.

Since 2021 we head the FERRER WINES group, a project inspired by various members of the Ferrer family to continue a tradition handed down in the world of wines from the year 1861. The group offers an excellent catalogue of products from emblematic cellars in the best wine growing regions of the world, such as La Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rías Baixas, Priorat, Champagne, Argentina, California, Burdeos and, of course, the Penedès.

In Cavas Hill we are proud to be the flagship and headquarters of this group, created with the aim of bringing together cellars from all over the world and offering consumers wines which faithfully express the characteristics and tradition of their area. Because we believe that in order to grow and develop, we need to unite.
