The Sala Panot is Cavas Hill’s original cellar. The floor is a replica of one of Gaudi’s most popular construction pieces, the “panots”, which give their name to this emblematic space and which can also be found in the Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona. The Panot Gaudí represents our homage to Modernism, a vital moment in our history, and a moment of architectural genius.

They were years of maximum expression and improvement of our first sparkling wines to enter the market. With the Cuvée 1887 we wanted to remember those golden years in which everything seemed possible. Since then, the evolution of our cavas have always gone hand in hand with an open, festive spirit and the optimism characteristic of its origins.
