Type: Sparkling white wine of the DO Cava
Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada
Appearance: Straw coloured with green tones and a fine, constant bubble.
Nose: Subtle and expressive. Elegant and complex with hints of ageing.
Palate: Dry and balanced with a long and persistent finish.
The second fermentation is carried out using the traditional method of ageing for a minimum of 12 months at a constant temperature. A Brut nature cava of medium ageing.
Bottle stored in vertical position protected from light and draughts and temperatures not higher than 20 ºC.
Serve in fine crystal flutes, such as the Emeraude, at a temperature of between 6 and 8 degrees.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Acidity: 6,3 g/l (tartaric)
Sugar: 2,2 g/l
