TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Dark cherry with an elevated cover.
Nose: Mature fruits, spices and toasts.
Palate: Powerful and long entry, full bodied and well structured.
ELABORATION
Manual harvest and selection. Prolonged maceration to provide good colour and sufficient tannins for a long ageing (15 months) in French oak (fine grain and semi-toasted). Bottled and stacked in order to refine within the bottle.
CONSERVATION
Bottles stored horizontally, protected from the light and draughts and a temperature not exceeding 20ºC.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Best served in fine crystal tulip glasses with a wide opening between 6º and 8ºC.
