TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Cherry red with a pale purple tear.
Nose: Predominately red fruits.
Palate: Elegant, lively and fruity.
ELABORATION
After the grapes are destemmed, they are pressed and the resulting must goes to the maceration tank where it remains for twenty to twenty-five days, during which time we get the right color and a dose of tannins that will give it good structure without reaching to be astringent. It is then transferred to the tank where the alcoholic fermentation will end. Behind this, bad lactic fermentation is induced which will round out the wine. To finish with bottling, labeling and fitting.
CONSERVATION
Bottle stored in vertical position protected from light and draughts and temperatures not higher than 20 ºC.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve in tall tulip glasses with a wide mouth between 14º C and 16º C.
