TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Intense ruby colour with a violet crown.
Nose: Balsamic and intense.
Palate: Well rounded, harmonic tannins and a subtle elegance
ELABORATION
Prolonged maceration to achieve the desired colour and the necessary level of tannins. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation carried out at the same time to harmonize the wine. Ageing for 3 months in French oak barrels.
CONSERVATION
Bottles stored horizontally, protected from the light and draughts and a temperature not exceeding 20ºC.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve in tall tulip glasses with a wide mouth. Serve between 12ºC and 14ºC.
